I am a woman who wears many hats, as I'm sure most of you reading this blog are.  I am a mother, a wife, a military spouse, a dependent, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a cook, laundry doer/folder/put away-er (that's the technical term), house cleaner, secretary to my children, a teacher...and like the song that never ends, the list can go on and on, my friend.  All of these titles are nothing new to women (and to be fair, some men, but let's be honest, mainly women).  I don't know about you, but my head and neck are tired from the weight of all those hats!

Running with the hat metaphor, one of the hats that I own but never get to wear is that of a writer.  I have always had a passion for writing, ever since I can remember.  It's something I have not only been good at, but that I enjoy immensely, regardless of whether I was writing a homework assignment for school, or for pleasure.  As a result of my many hats, and added to that the fact that my husband is currently deployed, I need an outlet.  Something for me where I can just be me for a short time...and enjoy it.... With that being said, I hope you all enjoy my rants, my ravings, my crazy stories of my children...and at the end of each post, I hope you can relate to some of my struggles as I juggle those hats, and I hope you can relate and find comfort in my craziness.
